Internship Role Overview

You will have the chance to engage in a variety of tasks that are crucial to our success:

• Artist Engagement: Communicate with artists to collect essential information for upcoming releases, including artist information forms and release forms.

• Distribution: Gain valuable insights into distribution processes and assist in distributing releases for Actuation and our sub-label.

• Data Management: Input release information into Excel sheets, ensuring accurate metadata records.

• Streaming Platform Pitching: Learn how to craft compelling pitches and pitch releases to streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

• Creative Marketing: Assist in brainstorming marketing ideas and pitches to promote our high-priority releases effectively.

• Talent Discovery: Participate in talent scouting activities to discover new artists that align with our vision and brand.

• Promotional Activities: Support in sending DJ promo emails and executing DJ campaigns, collaborating with third-party DJ services.

• Feedback Contribution: Listen to demos and provide valuable opinions and feedback to contribute to our selection process.

• Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate in designing and posting engaging social media content for Actuation and Slagelhag Records.

• Social Media Visual Design Support: Assist in creating YouTube Visualizers for Actuation and design promotional assets like Spotify Canvas using templates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to share promotional assets with artists and contribute to cohesive marketing strategies.

We are looking for someone who can join our office in Groningen, so it is essential that you reside in the surrounding area of Groningen.
